1. What TycoonMonth is
TycoonMonth is an interactive fiction product: a wealth-decision simulator played in a web browser. You are given an imaginary sum of money and an imaginary identity, and you make one fictional decision per day.
Everything in the product is invented. All companies, people, assets, transactions, prices and outcomes are fictional. TycoonMonth is entertainment. It is not a financial product, not a brokerage, not a trading platform, and not a game of chance. Nothing in it is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and no real money is ever invested, wagered, won or lost.
2. Who provides the service
TycoonMonth is operated by an individual sole trader. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases. Contact: hello@tycoonmonth.com.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TycoonMonth, and at least 18 to purchase credits. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only purchase with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Accounts
You can play without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity that occurs under it. Please tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
An account is required to play, because each simulated day consumes AI generation credits. Signing in with Google creates your account and adds your starting credits. We never post anything on your behalf.
5. Credits
- Credits are a prepaid entertainment feature used to generate daily briefings. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and not redeemable for cash.
- New accounts receive a starting grant of credits. The exact number is stated on the pricing page so you can verify what it covers.
- Each generated daily briefing costs the number of credits displayed in the product before you spend them.
- Credits do not expire. They cannot be transferred between accounts.
- If a day fails our quality checks, or we serve you a pre-written scenario because a model was unavailable, you are not charged for that day. This is enforced in software, not merely promised here.
6. Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices are shown before checkout. Creem, as merchant of record, may collect applicable taxes.

8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or circumvent rate limits, billing, or the credit system.
- Do not use automated systems to generate content at scale without our permission.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
We apply fair-use limits to protect the service. Normal play is never affected by them.
9. Content and intellectual property
The software, written content, rules, engine, visual design and brand are ours or our licensors'. Text generated during your run is produced from your choices; you may share your own results freely, including the report card at the end of a run.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change would alter how existing saved runs behave, we version the engine so runs already in progress continue to resolve under the rules they started with.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of TycoonMonth is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
Because the product is fictional, no decision made inside it has any financial consequence outside it. Do not treat any part of it as guidance for real financial decisions.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your profile page. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or harm the service.
14. Governing terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We will post material changes on this page and update the date above.
